By signing up and actively using
paycage you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
paycage may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with
paycage. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the paycage program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Prior to October 1st
07 PAYCAGE paid members that requested payment by 11:59 pm EST on the last day of the
month on or around 30 days thereafter. |
After October 1st 07 we moved to 2x's a month and are
now on a 3x's a month trial basis. Trial basis meaning that if for some reason our advertisers have held funds, or we have to wait a lengthy period for approvals, we will return to paying 2x's a month.
Our trial is: Cash Out BY The 11:59 EST on the 10th of the Month get Paid On Or Around the 20th. Cash out By the 20th of the month get paid on or around the 30th. Cash out the 30th of the month get paid on or around the 10th of the following month. |
Responsibility of Members

Upon your first visit to
paycage, a cookie is sent to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. A "cookie" is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website.

We use cookies to improve the quality of our service and to better understand how people interact with us. paycage does this by storing user preferences in cookies and by tracking user trends and patterns of how people access our site.

paycage, we strive to develope innovative services to better serve our users. We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use
paycage's services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it.

The following principles apply to the personally identifying information we ask for and that you provide. "Personally identifying information" is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address or email address.
PayCage will never give out any informatoin partaining to you including your email address we have on file, your Name, Birth Date, Age, Physical mailiing address, telephone number(s), OR ANY other information gathered by you that we request. Your identity is safe with us!
If you are found to have cheated the system in any way we WILL share your IP address, member name, 1st & last name, and email address with other GPT site owners to further prevent fraud. This information will ONLY be given to other site owners and NO ONE else. If you are doing everything correctly you do not need to worry.

We will not sell, disclose or lease our member’s personal information to any other entity, unless this information is required by a local Law Enforcement Agency's.
|
Relationship of the Parties
|
You and
paycage are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and
paycage. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of
paycage. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the
paycage program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited & WILL NOT be tolerated!

YOU MAY NOT Spam ANYONE WITH YOUR REFERRAL LINK
|
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with
paycage and may result in legal prosecution.
paycage strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident.
paycage may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
PayCage will file charges to the FULL extent of the law for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups as this is considered to be fraud.

PayCage will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or
paycage program, even if paycage has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore,
paycage aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Prohibited/Fraudulent Clicks
|
Any method that artificially and/or fraudulently generates clicks is strictly prohibited. These prohibited methods include but are not limited to: repeated manual clicks, incentives to click, using robots, automated clicking tools, or other deceptive software. Please note that clicking on your own ads for any reason is prohibited, to avoid potential inflation of advertiser costs.

**If you log into an account from a pc that is already being used by a PAYCAGE member both accounts will be suspended. In addition you many NOT use a proxy server.
|
You will use your username / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential; you may change your password by clicking the "YOUR ACCOUNT" link.
You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses.
|
**Please be aware anyone caught cheating/committing fraud in any way are in violation of terms, and privacy statement and therefore are not protected by them due to their own violation. Therefore that gives us the right to make other GPT site owners
aware of your identity to protect further fraud. Basically if you are found to be cheating the system we will NOT let ANYONE else know accept for other GPT site owners
will be given your information stated above in the privacy policy agreement. We also reserve the right to compare your completed offers with other site owners if we feel for ANY reason you have done them on other sites.
Cheating is: using software to click links or participate in our program in any way, having multiple accounts, hacking in to advertise for free, repeating offers on mulitple sites, attempting to sell your account and any other behavior that commits fraud. In addition no payment will be made to you and you will be required to pay back any monies already remitted. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your
PAYCAGE account including authorization by you to any third party individual that may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by
PAYCAGE be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. In addition, anyone found to be inactive, who has not clicked on at least 10 cents worth of links in 30 days, could be terminated and all earnings forfeited.

Members caught using fraudulent information to complete offers, or repeating offers accross multiple sites, will have their accounts closed, AND will forfiet ALL earnings.
|
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING OUR SITE! PLEASE READ:

DO NOT use fraudulent information when signing up for offers (AND SURVEYS), or sign up for an offer just to turn around and cancel within a short time period. Advertisers will not credit you, if you obviously have no interest in their product!

Please do not submit a credit request if you are no longer a member/customer of the offer in question. You will not be credited!

Our advertisers are paying out a lot of money to attract
new customers! Fraudulent members will be deleted from the site, and all earnings will be forfeited PLUS all monies already remitted will be required to be returned.

Entering in False Infomation when registering including an internet phone number, wrong name, wrong address, a nonexistent phone number or a phone number where you do NOT reside or any other FALSE or Fraudulent info when registering will result in your account being terminated.

WE WIL VALIDATE ALL ACCOUNTS requesting 24 hour cash out. You will also need to go through our verification process to complete this. We will also perform a reverse look up to insure ALL information matches. If you are NOT listed in the reverse look up, we may call the number provided and you will have to request a post card verification as well. We may also randomly call prior to ANY of our payment methods being made if we feel your account is at risk.

Again as this is to avoid fraudulent users. If you used your correct information as you are supposed to, than you have nothing to worry about. :) This is very important as we DO NOT CONDONE people cheating the system! We also send all paypal payments to paypal verified accounts ONLY to either the phone number you provided on the verification system or your email address on file. This is why NO INTERNET phone number are allowed as you wont be able to verify it with paypal.

If you have made over $600.00 than yes YOU HAVE TO submit a w-9. As we WILL WITHOLD ALL MONEY DUE OVER $600.00 If we do not have one on file for you until we receive it. THIS IS THE LAW.

Example: You have made $500.00 so far and have gotten and cashed $500.00 worth of checks or paypal funds. You then cash out again for $150.00 You will get a W-9 Reminder and if we don't receive one by the date specified, you will only get a check that month for $99.99, until we receive 1 for you.

This will be prohibited and your account will be cancelled

* Encouraging users to cancel once credit it received
|
* Completing the same offer multiple times
|
* Completing the same offer multiple times on multiple sites

* Providing false/incomplete information upon signup
|
* Providing false/incomplete information to an advertiser
|
* 'Coaching' a referral by guiding them through the process of completing a specific and suggested offer
|
|
* Any manipulation of the system
* You are listed on the Fraud Alliances anywhere.
|
PayCage does not guarantee that a user will receive credit or payment for offers. We reserve the right to refuse credit or payment for an offer for a number of reasons, including, but not limited to, the advertiser did not approve the offer, the offer was done incorrectly, the offer was reversed by the advertiser, the member is a fraud, system abuse and early termination. In addition, if
PayCage does not receive credit for an offer, the member will not receive credit, except in circumstances as decided solely by PayCage.

You are NOT an employee of
PayCage. You are an independent contractor. You do not work for
PayCage or me and as such, you are doing all offers on a voluntary basis with the understanding that no credit or payment is guaranteed for the time you spend completing offers. We reserve the right to cancel your account for ANY Reason.
|
If you do not agree with these rules, DO NOT do offers on this site.

It is highly recommended that you read through the entire TOS, as the above is meant to be a highlight of what is below. It is not the fault of

Responsibility of Members
|
We do not endorse down line builders. You MUST Understand English. You must be 18 years of age or older.
|
You agree to and must use your own name (full name no initials), address (full physical address, no PO Box).
|
Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing
PayCage account.
|
You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses.
|
You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up. In the event your email account on file becomes closed or blocked for 7 (seven) or more days to messages from
PayCage your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings.
|
Delinquent affiliate network/advertiser payments will be credited to the member's account in the same month that they are received. PAYCAGE does not guarantee payment to the member in the event of affiliate network/advertiser non-payment. In the event that PAYCAGE decides to advance payment to you prior to payment from affiliate network/advertisers, you acknowledge and agree that your receipt of payments prior to those payments being received from affiliate network/advertisers is conditional and subject to PAYCAGES right to demand return of unpaid commissions for any reason including past payments or if you are found to be a fraud. Legal action may be taken if member doesn't comply. If you are found to be a fraudulent user, your account will be deleted, and your member name/I.P WILL be shared with other sites.
